Next, place your fingertips on the apples of your cheeks, pressing firmly into your cheekbones. Keep your eye muscles relaxed as you smile. Hold this for two seconds and release.

Stronger muscles around your mouth can give the illusion of fuller lips. Position your index fingers at the corners of your mouth and then pull them slightly apart from one another. As you do this, try to pout your lips as if you are giving someone a kiss. Pull your lips together as hard as you can, and hold this position for a few seconds before releasing.
